This section covers how we handle shipping, delivery, and returns at The Haya.
Shipping
- We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (you define the threshold).
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (or whatever your policy is) after payment confirmation.
- Shipping timelines depend on the destination: for domestic orders [number of days], for international [number of days].
- Any customs or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
- You have 30 days from date of delivery to request a return (or adjust to what you prefer).
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and have all tags intact.
- Customer must pack the item securely; we may require proof of postage.
Return Shipping & Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (defective product, wrong item), we cover return shipping.
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.
Exchanges
- If you want a different size or color, we process that as a return + new order (unless you want to explicitly offer exchanges and stock permits).
